Return policy

You have 30 days after receipt of your product to return it to us. if you want to process you need to contact us at Contact@votreboutique.shop

We will send you a return address, please keep in mind that we only accept returns for products that are not used, washed, and need to be in their original packaging.

EXCHANGE:

If you wish to exchange your product, you have 30 days after receiving it to do so. Please keep in mind that to exchange your product must be unused and in its original packaging you will need to send it to us at your expense. Please contact our support Contact@votreboutique.shop to help you with the process.

WRONG PRODUCT:

If you received the wrong product, you have 30 days to return it to us at our expense and we will give you a 100% refund.
